Best Kept Secret is now in its fourth year and has fast become one of *the* biggest dates on the festival calendar and it’s no surprise why! Here are just five reasons why you should add it to your diary this year.

You get a trip abroad!

Best Kept Secret takes place in the beautiful settings of Beekse Bergen in Hilvarenbeek, in the South of The Netherlands, so you can incorporate a mini holiday with the festival! Or a large holiday – why not go travelling through the country while you’re there?!

The line up is AWESOME

Best Kept Secret is like the gift that keeps on giving! Just when you think the line up can’t get any better, they add more amazing names!

The line up so far includes Jamie xx, Beck, Editors, Two Door Cinema Club, Bloc Party and Glass Animals, to name but a few.

Festival

There’s a lake!

Yes, there’s a lake at Best Kept Secret that you can go swimming in! Although we doubt exercise will be number one on your ‘to do’ list, it’s always nice to know you have the option to do so and what better way than a swim?!

 Foodie Heaven

You always need a lot of energy at a festival and with OVER 50 food trucks and restaurants, you’re going to be spoiled for choice when it comes to food. Rumour has it there will be BBQ, crab and Patat-Kapsalon (a Dutch specialty) among other mouth-watering dishes!

There’s Karaoke

Not just any karaoke, but Indie karaoke! ‘Nuff said.

Variety is the stage of life

There are five stages to choose from, of which ONE is the main, outdoor stage on the beach! Yes, we said beach!

See! We told you that Best Kept Secret is one of the best festivals to go to! Make sure you get your tickets booked as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Find yours here.
