Kentucky rockers Black Stone Cherry are heading for Manchester’s Phones 4u Arena in support of their brand new album Magic Mountain. Plus Very Special Guests Airbourne & Theory Of A Deadman will be in support.
The Kentucky four piece will be performing songs from their brand new album Magic Mountain alongside hits from their first three albums Folklore and Superstition, Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea and 2006’s self-titled debut.
Ahead of their Manchester return drummer John Fred Young said:
“We are beyond thrilled to be headlining our first arena tour in the UK! It’s amazing for us to have this opportunity and we owe it all to the incredible fans that continue to support us and believe in our music!”
Commenting on the making of the Joe Barresi-produced “Magic Mountain”, Black Stone Cherry said:
“Not since before our first album have we felt the freedom and confidence that we felt while writing and recording this album.
“After touring the world behind three previous albums that we are extremely proud of, we feel this album best captures the live energy, honesty and vibe that encompasses our true musicianship.”
Joining Black Stone Cherry in Manchester will be very special guests Aussie rabble-rousers Airbourne and Roadrunner label-mates Theory Of A Deadman.
