Often being open-minded and creative types, travellers and backpackers seem to love their music – so what better way to combine your love for music, travel and partying than a European music festival?

There are plenty more European festival haunts providing glamour and great music without the price tag (and mud) of Glastonbury.

Orange Warsaw Festival is a Polish music festival which takes place in Warsaw. The 2014 edition will happen on 13 – 15 June 2014 at the National Stadium with one of the strongest line-ups confirmed anywhere in Europe so far: Kings of Leon, Queens of the Stone Age and Pixies (Friday), Florence and the Machine (Saturday), and David Guetta and Kasabian (both Sunday), plus more acts to be announced.

The biggest music festival in Poland will be held on June 13-15 at the National Stadium. For the very first time the festival will be a 3-day event with 2 regular stages. Fans will have an opportunity to see some of greatest artists on earth and spend time in a full-time festival atmosphere. And all of that in the middle of a stunning and tourist friendly city, Warsaw.

The list of artists who performed at Orange Warsaw Festival in recent years include: Beyoncé, Linkin Park, The Prodigy, The Offspring, Moby, Jamiroquai, Ms. Lauren Hill, Cypress Hill, Nelly Furtado, Skunk Anansie, Basement Jaxx and Fatboy Slim.
