Comedy Tickets

Tis the season to eat, drink and be merry, and what better way to do all of that this Christmas than by settling down with your loved ones (by loved ones we mean leftover turkey sandwiches) and watching some top class comedy?

It wouldn’t be Christmas if you weren’t getting a comedy dvd in your stocking, so why not see them in person as well?!

Peter Kay’s Car Share

For those of you who haven’t seen the legendary Peter Kay’s BBC series ‘Car Share’ – or even those of you who have – make sure you get series one on your Christmas list asap!

The plot seems simple enough – a supermarket issues its employees with a new car share scheme, with Peter’s character John being forced to commute with Kayleigh (played by Sian Gibson) – but will they get along? We’re not so sure, but we can tell you that it’s one hilarious journey to take!

Catch Peter at the Metro Radio Arena in Newcastle at Peter Kay’s Dance For Live – Tickets available here

Dylan Moran – Off The Hook

If you haven’t had the chance to see Dylan Moran on tour this year then you have seriously missed out on one of the funniest stand-up shows ever seen by mankind. The ‘Blackbooks’ and ‘Shaun of the Dead’ star is a master at his game and offers the audience a hilarious glimpse into his take on politics, love and misery.

You can still catch Dylan at the Tyne Theatre & Opera House next year! Tickets available here.

Chris Ramsey – All Growed Up

Filmed in October at the Tyne Theatre & Opera House in his home town of Newcastle, All Growed Up has the ‘Hebburn’ star exploring just what it’s like to get older and taking on responsibilities. We get the impression that growing up for Chris isn’t quite as serious as it sounds if his appearances on ‘Celebrity Juice’ are anything to go by, mind!

Chris will be taking part in Laff4Kids at the Tyne Theatre & Opera House on Saturday 19th December. Tickets available here

Russell Howard – Wonderbox Live

So this tour may be from 2014, but we couldn’t resist a bit of Russell Howard action. The ‘Russell Howard’s Good News’ star performs his lovable style of joyful comedy for this home crowd in Bristol, which makes for an evening of feel-good stories and of course, the occasional smutty joke!

Russell announced his Round The World Tour 2017 would also be making stops in Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle! Tickets are available here now.
