There’s not long now until the Metro Radio Arena in Newcastle welcomes Kaiser Chiefs, Kodaline and Lisbon to Run Rock n Raise on Sunday 11 September.
The event is in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust, Nordoff Robbins and the Graham Wylie Foundation and as most of you will know, it’s on the same day as the Great North Run, which just so happens to be the UK’s biggest half marathon, so kudos to all those taking part.
To celebrate and hopefully inspire those brave souls, we’ve created a running playlist filled with motivational songs such as Jess Glynne‘s ‘Don’t Be So Hard On Yourself’ and The Who ‘Run, Run Run’.
You’ll probably also notice that some of the tracks are a little bit tongue-in-cheek like Avenged Sevenfold‘s ‘So Far Away’ and The 1975‘s ‘Chocolate’ (well, you have to reap the rewards don’t you).
Run Rock n Raise tickets are on sale now. Buy yours today and hear some fab bands while helping a great cause.
