American comedian, actor and all-round general superstar funny man Kevin Hart has announced that he will be making an appearance at Manchester Arena in 2016 as part of his What Now? Tour.
But aside from the fact that he will be in the UK next year, what else do we know about Kevin Hart?
Kevin was born on July 6th 1979 in Philadelphia – making him a Cancerian for those interested in astrology.
At 5’4” Kevin isn’t exactly the tallest comedian and he often jokes about his height in his sketches.
Kevin has been in some of the greatest comedy films to date, including ‘Along Came Polly’, ‘The 40 Year-Old Virgin’, ‘The Five-Year Engagement’ and ‘Ride Along’ to name but a few!
When it came to the Comedy Central Roast of Canadian pop star Justin Bieber, Kevin took the reigns as Roast Master and the results were, unsurprisingly, hilarious.
Kevin’s mantelpiece must be overflowing with the accolades he’s received, which include a Teen Choice Award, Choice Comedian Award and an MTV Movie Award.
While the Manchester Arena date on January 20th marks Kevin’s first show at the venue, it won’t actually be his first trip to the city – he visited the cobbles of Coronation Street in early 2014. He also spent the day with Manchester City FC, although it’s definitely the thought of him pouring a pint at the Rovers Return that we love here.
Tickets for Kevin Hart go on sale at 10am on Saturday 5th September, however we have access to an exclusive presale which starts 24 hours before. Sign up here to TicketAlarm to be alerted when it opens.
In the mean time, enjoy watching Kevin take on Will Ferrell and Jimmy Fallon in one of the funniest lip sync battles to date…
